Social Media Handler cum Content Creator
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain the company’s social media profiles on platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and others.
- Develop, implement, and monitor engaging social media strategies aligned with the brand’s goals.
- Create high-quality, engaging, and visually appealing content, including graphics, videos, reels, and written posts.
- Plan and execute social media campaigns to promote properties, events, and brand initiatives.
- Respond to messages, comments, and queries promptly to foster strong community engagement.
- Analyze performance metrics and prepare regular reports to assess the effectiveness of campaigns.
- Stay updated on the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to keep the brand ahead of the curve.
- Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to align social media content with broader marketing goals.
- Organize and oversee photo and video shoots for creating original content.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media Studies, or a related field.
- Proven experience (2+ years) in managing social media accounts and creating digital content.
- Proficiency in graphic design and video editing tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Canva, Premiere Pro, or similar.
- Strong writing and storytelling skills with the ability to adapt to the brand’s voice.
- Creative mindset with a strong understanding of social media trends and algorithms.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of real estate marketing is a plus.
